You do have a point about the cig/alcohol and I think that a line has to be drawn somewhere, many draw it there since sadly alcohol has been something all mankind has 'enjoyed' for thousands of years and smoking has been done since it was brought to Europe from the Americas (and actually many countries are now banning smoking on public places so we are at least moving away from the double standard on that), while most narcotics scare people because of the high addiction rate and side effects. And not have tobacco and alcohol banned at the same time? It doesn't make sense. There aren't any health studies I know that show using a vaporizer or eating edibles will cause cancer. Its retarded in the US to not use hemp because of a stigma attached to cannabis.

how much weight is a quarter in grams? i googled quick but i only find someting about 12kg which is somehow unrealistic ^^
i usually pay about 5-8 euros per gram but the dealer situation is quite fucked up here atm...
i'm also going to university next week about 500km frome my hoemtown away and i also don't really know how to find new contacts when i don't know anyone :/
