Also, what does "high" mean in english? I mean, can you be totally drunk while being high? Or does being drunk make you unable to be high?. in American English, 'high' refers specifically to a state incurred after consumption of marijuana, regardless of what other drugs one has ingested at the time. It is possible, particularly among older generations (the 60s and 70s) for high to refer to any non-alcohol form of intoxication, but this meaning has fallen out of favor in recent years, and is more often replaced by specific drug verbs (tripping for hallucinogens; rolling for ecstasy; tweaking for speed).
If you're consuming weed and alcohol at the same time, however, there are some better words you can use like "crunked" or "cross-faded" (I personally use the latter). These words specifically imply a state of mixed-drug consumption. They sort of have a silly party-girl context though. True stoners can always just get high (no matter how drunk they were beforehand).
Picked up a half oz of grape kush and half oz of pure kush plus a few brownies last night woot. I havent tried the pure kush yet but the grape kush is fire.
dude I'm sure if you wanted to pass the drug test that bad, you could do it in 5 days. just run twice a day (not like a bitch) and drink 1-2 gallons a day and i'm sure you can flush that shit out of your system o_O

I'm in Canada and I know we're going to be shortly legalizing pot after the us. I live in Ontario and we already have a vape lounge. You pay your way in and can only smoke your own weed (smoking up your buddies is supplying) they even have a dispenser there for patients. The entrance fee allows you to use there different vaporizers.
How close is the us to doing this ? I know Obama laughed at this, but there is talk of him being voted out early. I do not think Obama will be the one to do this. More and more places are decriminalizing or legalizing marijuana, the time is coming closer if you ask me. What do you think ?

Its the Niagara region, in Ontario. We have 420 rallys every year, walking up the high way 420, with bong and picket signs and shit. We parade down Clifton hill by the falls after words. Hitting bongs as we pass people in the street. Theres so many people that the cops just let it happen and try to keep it safe.

True that !, Whenever I'm too drunk I want to blaze. I'm never not high if I'm drinking. So when I burn out and I'm drunk I'll just smoke a few more.
