(btw i consider alcohol/caffiene a drug) edit: what i mean is do you truly think it should be legalized? Not legalized, but decriminalized. I think you should watch The Union - The business of getting high. ( you can find it on piratebay ) In fact, everybody should watch it. It's the best documentary about cannabis.

I am for legalization and of course that infers the same for decriminalization.

But yes, you should get high while watching it ![]() Ok, here's why I think it's should be decriminalized and not legalized. Either way, no ones going to jail. But, you're right, from a consumer's point of view, we want it to be legal, but looking at it from a dealer's point of view ( no, im not a dealer ), I don't want it to become legal, that means, if it does, the government would probably limit the amount of weed you can sell, limit the amt of profit you can make, and of course, pay taxes. If a dealer has to pay taxes, maybe US - consumers - would have to spend more money for less so that the dealer can cover the amt of money going to taxes. ""Has a man ever beat up his wife after getting high?" - quote from documentary.

I feel like prices would drop rather than go up. Even though it's being taxed our prices right now are DUMB high due to the cost of illegally shipping, smuggling, etc and the risks involved. If it became more commercialized prices would be competitive and wouldn't be subjected to all this nonsense. Not to mention the fact that you could just grow your own..... like if it was completely legal as it should be you could just grow some in your back yard if you wanted just like people have gardens lol of course enthusiasts would still set up their own grow rooms to have more control over the process

Since i think that not that many more people would actually start doing it, and pretty much all organized crime would die out. Which in my opinion would probably save ALOT more lives, not to mention tax payer money. Well, somewhere in Portugal, all drugs are 100% legal. You can see some folks doing crack in the street in public, in broad day light. I still think crack is wrong though, not that it should be legal/illegal but that shit fucks you up hard and your life itself

But lets face it, people are doing/selling crack in the open in countries where its illegal as well. If you instead sell it in a store, but you inform people of the dangers (what drug dealer does that? :D). It should obviously be "non-profit" and not be doing commercials and stuff lol.
