TL has always and will always cover what they're interested in covering, not what is most popular (hence never covering halo or CS or waiting this long to get involed in the FGC in any way.) Monte can bite me Naturally, this is their site and organisation and they get to do exactly what they want, that doesn't mean it's not scummy. The hate on LoL on these forums was massive when it became clear that LoL would be the flagship of e-sports. But it wasn't just the community, TL staff took part in it too. And now they are all happy and excited to be part of the LoL e-sports scene? After, like mentioned, systematically trying to ignore the whole thing even existed? There's a difference between simply not picking up a game because your not interested, and not pick up the game due to ''hardcore gamer'' elitism and envy. In which one do you think TL falls? Especially a few years back when LoL rose and made it clear that SC2 would never be the e-sport it was hyped up to be? When the Koreans chose LoL over SC2 and Dota 2? The salt on this forum was a sight to behold. (I know, because I was one of the salty ones, I wanted SC2 to succeed so badly. I refused to be a StarCraft elitist though.) If you honestly think TL suddenly got interested in LoL after years of shitting on it, then you're naive. This has nothing to do with interest. It has to do with the fact that Dota 2 failed to deliver on it's promise to be the ''LoL killer'' it was hyped out to be, which means LoL will stay as the un-disputed flagship of e-sports for the years to come. This is a BUSINESS move from TL to tap into a bigger market and bigger scene, nothing more. A good one at that, even if it means supporting a ''game for casuals'' like LoL.

cooperation > competition inclusiveness > exclusiveness sharing > ownership the reward is always growth i.e. resitance, is futile, all e-sports can be assimilated.. 1 becomes 2 becomes 3 becomes 4 etc.. to finally become one cube translation, the more, the merrier : ) -

Welcome to TL! :D Okay, please tell me they're also announcing a Dota 2 team since they did tease about it in 12 Days of Christmas. Not that I have anything against League or anything. ![]()
