What Happens Next?

You should receive a confirmation email to your email address containing your Order ID and confirming your order and shipping information. You will have approximately 24 hours after ordering during which time you can edit or cancel your order using the instructions provided in the confirmation email.

After 24-48 hours (possibly longer depending on the volume of orders we receive), your order will be sent to our distributor. At this point no further changes can be made to the order.

Within 2-3 business days (possibly longer depending on the current order volume), our distributor will package and ship your order. You will receive a final email confirming that your order has shipped. A tracking number may also be included depending on the shipping method used.

You should receive your order within 1-2 weeks after it has shipped (depending on your location). For some international locations outside of the EU, shipping can take considerably longer - please be patient. If you do not receive your order after 4-6 weeks, please contact us with your Order ID for further assistance.
