No, he wouldn't be, since I think ethiopia is the country that practices it most, I believe. Being circumsized as a woman makes you able to marry over there and probably in whole lot more african countries. Anyway, female circumcision is fucking sick and totally useless (it could also be said that male circumcision is useless, but atleast that doesn't prevent the person from taking pleasure in sex) | ||
