So I actually was able to get in touch with the owner of the place where she works. He built the whole place by himself, he's a crazy guy... anyway, he knows her since she first started working there.
She was born July 10th, and she's from Washington, DC.
She first starting working there at June 6th of 2004. At first she moved a lot of personal memos around the office. Then in October of that year, she got a raise, and did Reference and Bookkeeping for all the senior staff. Then in October of '05 she started to work at a public desk instead of behind the scenes.
I first started hanging out here last year December, I guess I first noticed her around then, but I only just started to think that she's cute a couple months ago.
Right now she keeps records of the multimedia database. She also keeps note of unruly guests and alerts everyone so they can keep an eye out for that person again.
... the problem is, I didn't get any of this info from her herself. I hope I'm not being too much of a stalker.
Do any of you think I can use this information to my advantage? And how?
Plus, it's really hard to get a chance to talk to her. Not only is she really busy, but there's literally hundreds of other guys who hang out there as well.

Okay knowing all this is bad, cuz you are supposed to ask her these things and then she is supposed to tell you. Any other way and she feels shes being checked up upon. You are ought not to know any of these things. I suggest you never bring it up ever.

This sounds a bit too obsessed.. Dude wake up, you are a stalker! You shouldn't know anything about her when you first time meet her! If she will notice how much you already know about her she will either:
a) get confused and that ruins the moment
or
b) realize you have been stalking her and gets horny
or

not all girls are smart enough to hold a conversation. in the likely event that her brain doesnt afford her the capacity, it was good of honesttea to find the information from a capable male. when you do have to talk to her, remember to use small words and short sentences, lots of hand gestures, onomatopoeia, visuals if possible, etc.

First of all, yes this makes you a total stalker.
Second, you've just screwed yourself in the ass, because now you will constantly have to remember what facts she has and hasn't told you about herself yet. Furthermore, you have to pretend to be surprised whenever she tells you one of these facts that you already obtained from her boss.
Third, what happens if her boss tells her that you were asking all these questions about her? GG NO RE, that's what.
Fourth, you should edit your post and delete all that info. How do you think she would feel if she found out all this private info about her was being posted online by some guy she doesn't even know? Doing this was a huge violation of her privacy, and a terrible thing to do. This is the kind of thing that an asshole would do.

It's all about presenting yourself. When i say be an asshole i mean be unforgiving be mean don't act like a sick little puppy. Women would plant this in their mind thinking this guy knows how to survive. But you can't always be like that because it would distance yourself. Be nice and genuine to her when the opportunity arises so she can feel ur warmth.

probably what most guys misunderstand is that its not really an "asshole" thing but rather just a projection of alpha male characteristics, as in selective selfishness, decisiveness, confidence, and competitiveness. i can see guys trying this and coming off as obnoxious, which is 100% the wrong way to go. not everyone can be a full-fledged alpha male (i certainly can't) especially given the readership of these forums, i bet only a very very small fraction (if any) can pull it off. the point is to incorporate those traits i listed into your personality as they are good for your life in general. do not be a walkover, do not be a whiney shy guy, do not be afraid. find your own comfort level.

perli, i think you are the one who is overestimating girls here. a lot of attraction is subtle and subconscious, even if a girl on some level knows you're putting on some sort of act, your persona still affects them. how many times have you talked to a girl who KNOWS a guy is a cheater, liar, or general asshole/jerk to everyone, and has even said she "hates him" or "would never date him" yet still is attracted to him and doesn't know why or can't help it?

Nah, he made a mistake. I don't think he intentionally woke up, decided to go ask her manager about one of his employees, and then post about it here. Or hell, maybe he did. I think most of us here have had some embarassing mistakes revolving around a girl. I sure have.
To be entire honest, Honest (lol pun), that manager probably already told her you were asking about her. Now, if you went up to him and started asking specific questions and getting the answers in your first post, yeah she'll think you're a stalker. If you just asked him harmless questions, well, it'd be obvious you like her and I would be he's told her.
My point? Don't go poking around with the wrong people. See now, if you ask a friend if they know anything about her, there's nothing really wrong with that. Asking the boss of someone you don't know, hm probably not the best idea
