Assuming a halfway decent amount of time has passed between the fertilization of the egg and the forced abortion, the odds of the baby surviving pregnancy really aren't that bad. Most natural abortions happen really early on. | ||

There is no doubt china has committed horrible human rights tragedies and that is the reference of the original comment. But there is no way to use that as evidence that if you have more than one child the government will literally kill your children. forced abortion isnt even standard policy its usually just monetary. and the only reason i may have been snarky about it was cause when someone said you need a source for that obviously wrong blanket statement he came back with a "*sigh*" like he was spelling out the obvious before linking to a bunch of stuff that didn't support his statement. | ||

I wasn't saying it was government policy. I was under the impression that ComaDose's post heavily implied forced abortions were a significantly lighter offense than killing an infant, and that was the only part I was addressing. | ||
