She is not doing what is right, she is doing whatever the fuck she wants.
GJ calling his comment stupid when you didn't even read it correctly
Very interesting motion by the judge, really do wonder how long this will go on for.

wtf......now whats going to happen? I'm kind of worried for Zimmerman now because sometimes the jury can go either way Defense presents its case now.
I can understand the confusion, as many have been thinking the defense has been presenting their case for quite a while now.

I don't think you should be worried for Zimmermann, I can't really imagine the prosecution convincing the jury "beyond a reasonable doubt".

On the one hand, I'm not exactly excited about a man possibly getting away with killing a teenager walking to his dad's girlfriend's house, even If it was in self-defense.
But given the lack of evidence and utter trainwreck of the prosecution, it would be a fucking travesty if he was found guilty of 2nd degree murder. I hope the jury has been paying attention.

Just hearing Zimmerman's mom shows how retarded the "white guy shoots black kid" narrative is/was.
|
Well, that nullifies Martin's mother's testimony.
|
Lots of unnecessary panic here. That motion that the judge just made a decision on is mostly a formality. It's incredibly rare for a case to be decided there. The standard of proof that has to be met by the prosecution's case there is quite low. It says a lot about the prosecution's case that there was so much perceived uncertainty about her ruling.

jury is probably wondering "i see zimmerman's two parents, why didnt trayvon's father get on the stand?"
|
Well the race war this trial has been made out to be is evaporating before my eyes
|
I have a feeling these witnesses are going to be much stronger for the defense than the prosecution witnesses were for the state. Just a hunch.

Very true, but you've got to look at this from the perspective from the media: There is a guy named "George Zimmermann", a name that screams "white guy" all over the place, and then that dude has got the nerves to not be a model racist white guy.

Oh, I imagine he's have his chance, against his will, of course.

im on vacation so i missed all of the litigation from Friday. Reading through the thread it seems the defense put a motion to acquit but was denied? Is that very significant or indicative of what the verdict will be? It would seem it's just the judge doing 'business as usual' rather than allowing the case to be thrown out. I guess I can sympathize with the full retard this case has been in the media.

wow, this guy has a great story. "i heard the scream on the news, i didnt know what was happening, i knew it was my nephew by my ears and i felt it." cute.
still think all these witnesses' statements that it is trayvon or zimmerman is bullshit though. too much confirmation bias.
|
Bwhaha I can't tell you what I was doing on the computer ^_-
edit; Yeah this whole exercise seems silly.
|
Are they cramming in hispanic relatives to emphasize Zimmerman's mixed ethnicity? Where's George's dad, why's he last?
