It at least should have tried to space the bad news out. Has there been a witness that brought good news? Maybe the one that said she saw Zimmermann on top after the shot.

The jury knows that the police officer doesn't know GZ's state of mind during the shooting. he was trying to unring the bell and show that the cop doesnt know what zimmerman was thinking. of course, that question, as well as the previous questions the cop actually answered (and an objection was sustained) are improper. cop doesnt know what zimmerman was thinking.

Why aren't they admissible in the first place state wants to show them for who knows what reason. they are inadmissible as irrelevant and hearsay; likely some privacy objections as well since his prior medical history isnt relevant. honestly, the physicians' assistant should just testify as to his injuries and treatment, nothing else is required.

As if that means anything: 1) Anyone throwing punches at a down person would "look like MMA" 2) how is this witness qualified to determine what is and isn't MMA? Comedy gold right there.

The goal is to get Z's MMA practice associated with the "MMA style" of the blows being thrown.
