In a "dressed up setting" you need to make the distinction between like full suit investment banker or more regular white collar business casual. In the former you're probably going to need a brief case or really nice messenger bag, the latter it honestly doesn't matter (though you play it by ear as appropriate). At work I use a free backpack from another company that I got during an on-campus event. A leather backpack is too "fashionable" at work IMO though a messenger bag would be better. But then it's potentially a pain in the ass to lug around if you're going to have the books.

If you just want a simple leather back, IISE is good, don't know if it'd fit a 14" laptop, it couldn't fit my 15.6". I think you'll want something leather with lots of pockets and kind of ugly to go with a suit. If it's just a simple and clean leather backpack it'd be too fashiony and weird. I dress super casually for work despite a lot of people in the office wearing suit and tie lol a little on the fashiony side is fine. it would go fine with what i wear a lot of the time anyways. Basically I want a minimalist-y (leather? flexible on this I guess?) backpack that isn't some SLP marked up to 2k thing. Before pics, no after because they're still drying. Color on the 5th image is probably the most accurate. album + Show Spoiler + ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
