I've been looking for a normal daypack, nothing weird like the cote&ciel ones, with minimal branding that can hold a 15" laptop, pref black. Not a backpack, but i use a Filson 256 as my daily. I also use a herschel backpack but its pretty much relegated to a gym bag now. Branding isn't that obnoxious but then again I'm a normie so i unno if thats not minimalist enough

I'll probably take a full fit pic when the weather gets less ridiculous here in Toronto.
I always thought those looked pretty hideous and not SLP-like at all but I got to try them on a couple days ago when I was in Van and they are so damn cool irl. Did you buy them new?
I saw a guy in a dope Rick fit that day with a pair of the knee high all white superstar boots too.

I bought them barely used but at $650USD it was a pretty damn good deal considering I've never seen them go past $900USD for shitty sizes.
I was wondering if anybody in the states could proxy me a Levi's SLIM FIT trucker in rigid (preferably with the yellow contrasting thread) in size small, literally can't get a hold of any slim truckers up here in Canada.
I'll pay you extra!! And my eternal gratitude.

bikers look great but whenever i try to make an outfit with one it just reminds me of some rich asians and i'm really hesitant about wearing them
|
tough line to draw since so much baller stuff is rich asian exclusive, I don't think I've ever seen a pair of baller sneakers not worn by some hypebeasty asian kid. Part of selling geobaskets is cuz I didn't wanna be a poor asian posing as a rich hypebeast asian especially with all my 2nd hand rick, i swear i just like clothes.

I'm on vacation atm in Boston visiting family for my 21st birthday. So I decided to do a little bit of shopping
Though I lived here for 6 years I rarely went to any decent stores...Well today I went to a few places. My observations:
1. I went to a Uniqlo store for the first time, and it was everything I had hoped for and more. Why the hell do they not have more of these (and one in d.c., yet?)
2. I stopped in at the Bodega store and it was pretty cool, although I'm not massively into streetwear. It felt like a streetwear heaven for those into that stuff. Only picked up a generic t-shirt though
3. The H & M on Newbury street was a bit pricy for an H & M, I thought. Still decent regardless, I only bought an 8$ t-shirt
4. I stopped in at Lord and Taylor and bought a blazer which was rather expensive. Ralph Lauren, but it looks awesome
5. I stopped at the refurbished New Balance store and picked up a pair of shoes. It is MUCH better than it used to be, when I lived here.
I probably didn't get the most out of my visit, but the Uniqlo store was awesome. My mother wouldn't leave for an hour
edit: I forgot to mention, I bought a suit on my 18th birthday at Nordstrom on Boylston Street. Highly reccomended if you are in the area, It's right next to the Brooks Brothers near the old Ritz Carlton hotel.
Might take some pictures, but I have my very mediocre Iphone camera with me atm -.-
edit v2: I finally got around to also picking up some stan smith's, as I didn't have a white sneaker at all.
I just couldn't find the leather backed/sole one..is it still for sale?

I will add one more thing:
Where is a decent place to find Cardigans...I'm a fan of slightly trendier ones, and longer, heavier types.
I've found stuff at uniqlo and j.crew but they tended to be lighter and a bit boring. I like to wear them unbotted casually, so I'm looking for something a bit more interesting in general.

Does anyone have a good website/store to buy decent oxford button ups for a relatively cheap (<$40) price? I've checked uniqlo, american apparel, jackthreads, and plndr, but the button ups are either too expensive or have odd color schemes.

I got 6 ocbd's on massive sale at uniqlo for $10-20 each (primarily 10) instore when I was in Boston last week. (Purchased in the Natick Mall and Chestnut Hill Mall btw)
They also had Selvedge in unusual sizes on huge markdown for 10 dollars each (I bought 5 and hemmed them)

nude mm has been around for a while I think, I don't know much about it, just that it looks like a bunch of other Japanese brands. I'm kinda thinking the coat is too minimal to the point of bland.
What do you guys think of the UniqloxLemaire stuff? Women's is better I think. Men's outerwear is good, not sold on the sweaters, but definitely better than the Plokhov collab and +J rerelease. Considering the prices, the collection is truly high fashion brought to the mass market. Like I can't imagine getting more value out of $200 in fashion than the kaftan-inspired big coat. Lemaire seems a great pick to bridge formal and casual wear, and high/low fashion in general, which is essentially what uniqlo does. The sweat of undernourished azn boys makes fashion miracles.
