I really really want to know what that woven leather coat feels like... The first NN cardigan and the CDG jacket are awesome too.

I recently ordered this shirt from Forever 21 ~~so I could cosplay as Harry Styles~~ for a laugh and while it looks cool it's made with the worst quality fabric I've ever felt. Like so bad I was actually hoping that nobody would accidentally touch it and feel it's shittiness. So bad that I am literally unable to wear it without an undershirt to keep it off my skin. Moral of the story I guess even if you're the brokest of brokebois never ever buy F21.

as far as i understand it the general german understanding is to dress the same way as the groom, but not more formal than him.
so for the ceremony during the day a light coloured morning dress(grey seems to be preferable, but as before: match the groom) and for the festivities in the evening switch to a dark suit, smoking if appropriate for the kind of party.

has anybody ever dyed anything before

just used 4 packs of black jacquard idye on a 100% cotton hoodie (originally was dark dust, so a deep grey) and it came out as a deep purple instead of black.

used boiling water put into a plastic bucket, stirred constantly for 2 hours straight and letting it sit overnight

shit was expensive too.. total was like $38 and i could've literally just bought some procion mx and got enough dye to dye like 4 more garments

what the actual fuck?

I dyed my faded acne jeans using the same black idye. I used just 1 pack though, and did it in my washing machine at the hottest setting for 1 hour or so, constantly restarting the cycle and adding extra hot water through the detergent dispenser. I also added a cup or so of non-iodized salt which opens up the pores of the fabric and allows the dye to set deeper. After a quick wash with a mild detergent and rinse, they looked pretty good. Under certain lighting conditions you can see purplish undertones, but I think that's pretty normal since black isn't really a colour but has to be made by making purple/blue as dark as possible

Price:Under $150 (Can probably go to $175 if it's worth, $200 if there's nothing at all).
Style: Diver's (or something versatile)
Movement: Mechanical
Lifestyle: student, so I want something I won't feel bad beating up. Which means something sturdy that looks better scratched.

I don't think there's anything better that's a rugged looking diver's, unfortunately that's why I bought it in the first place and I'm heavily considering just getting another one. I don't really like the Seiko 5.

Getting pretty fucked up, although I was reading about the aero/alexander leather lawsuit drama and it makes toj look pretty tame in comparison.

Zulu, it's not that much of a surprise. Toj is unfortunately following in the steps of ambrosi/passagio cravate/dayton in online businesses gone awry. I'm still waiting for a jacket (and large wallet lol)... anybody else as screwed as I am?
