A button just fell off of my Dsquared2 shirt after a total of 4 wears by myself and the previous owner. Retail price $595 USD.

Recently got a pair of boots I really like, except the shoelaces are way too long. Other than buying new shoelaces, is there an easy fix that doesn't look tacky? Everything I saw online looks iffy short of ordering new aglets.

something like this is all I can think of, they also have a more expensive suede one. Otherwise I haven't found a slim cut MA-1. The SS15 drkshdw one is 100% nylon and looks cheap, SS/FW14 was slightly better with cotton/nylon outer.

You could re-lace in a style that shortens the laces, like http://www.fieggen.com/shoelace/wovenlacing.htm or http://www.fieggen.com/shoelace/locklacing.htm.

They are, I can try it as a temporary solution and just order some aglets online to attach or just cut and use black electric tape since the laces are already a very dark brown anyway.

That first one might actually be length reducing enough, I'll have to try it to see if it looks weird though.

The Lad finally arrived and it's great. Excellent condition and really soft. The lining is really nice. Fits perfectly except for one area, the biceps just below the shoulders. This seems to be a problem for me with nearly all articles of clothing, since I have wide shoulders and good biceps, making XS a little tight in that area. Will this stretch or should I just be careful when flailing my arms?

it should stretch

what you can do is bring it to the shower and let shower steam get all over it for a good half an hour and wear it afterwards to speed up the stretching process

the only thing i find hard to stretch is goatskin

yeah i had a cheapy goat before and it barely stretched or softened

fit pics when i've gotten rid of this vacation weekend belly
