Finally picked up a coat for the winter. I ordered the Our Legacy Shield Jacket this morning. Got a pretty great discount on it too (390 USD inc shipping+tax vs. 500 Euro pre duty+shipping). So happy my search is over.

I love my Red Wings, but they took about 30 miles to break in partially, and probably about 300 to break in fully, but I walk between five and seven miles a day so it wasn't too bad for me. I polish them about once every two weeks, more if it's raining or extra foggy in the mornings.
That being said, I tried a pair of Aldens on and they felt like my Red wings after a month of walking in them.

BEAN BOOTS (ill stop)

your tie matches your hair, I like the balance you get out of that. It makes the wild stuff on the bottom work because its just not as wild as pink on your hair. I think the pants are a little tight for the top though. whats the jacket?

i think bean boots can only work with parkas and something of one of the two colors. I need new bean boots and am thinking about getting the all black ones.

the katahdins are pretty solid. i wear them every day and don't care what i bump or kick. only thing i don't like is it's still pretty rigid and the tongue annoys me while i drive.

the pants were definitely too tight. my legs have gained some weight from all the biking and i didn't realize they'd be that tight but i already had that outfit planned for the occasion because i wanted to wear them with the saddle shoes. the jacket's from uniforms for the dedicated. not sure what it's called but it's 50/35/10/5 wool/modal/polyamide/cashmere.

I'm looking to pick up a new pair of boots myself. Anyone here have these Chippewas? Usually I just go with Bean Boots, but I want to try something new in terms of style and shade.

Would have been a sick fit with a slimmer tie lichter. Not many people would wear turquoise and pink.

You're probably not very tall so fat ties make you look even shorter and fatter.

It's rumpled because it was shipped folded (as I mentioned). I'll edit this post with a full length pic so you can see.

Looks very good, a more formal shirt, maybe a tie and leather gloves would complete the look. The blazer looks pretty good to, I might actually go get a shit blazer from zara myself, something to wear when going out since you wouldnt really care about it very much. Btw, I hope u tuck in ur shirts when ur wearing a blazer, few things look worse than not doing so.

Hey, no need to be aggressive when I point out that someone who posted a fit pic omits the total length of the object in question, even though he has more than enough space to show his mouth. He's either 7 foot tall with an anorexic body and freakishy long arms or he has chosen 1 size too small.

If the folds are from the way it was packaged then it's fine. It'll smooth itself out. if they are stress marks, that isn't so good.
Nice coat though.

how would it even rumple from being too tight if it's unbutton? if the pic were buttoned with the rumples then i'd agree it was too tight. but it's not so i thought it was pretty obviously just folds from the way it was packaged
