the uniqlo/hl/ap stuff came in I think I'm going to return this and order the cargo sweats instead, the pockets are really awkwardly placed on the regular ones. really nice fabric though.

I think ima sell the rick and get a 09 or w/e "rick's jacket" on re.porter. It's like a mid neck intarsia but cleaner and slightly slimmer i think. I guess the one thing I learned from the buttero experience is that although people can size up and use insoles, the shoe length will look disproportional and weird, not sure if this applies to all boots/sneakers though.

+ Show Spoiler + ![]() for example I prefer this much more, without the random ocbd and with either tall sneakers or buttero boots, or the second one but with a different colored shirt underneath and pants that are wider in the top block. In both pics it seems the pants should be a dark grey with preferably some texture instead of what he has. + Show Spoiler + ![]() ![]()

I actually don't really wanna look like that and only wanted the bottom half to go with the merino and nice knits. Not that it's not a "good" fit but just too generic sz. Like would slightly lighter grey/charcoal pants be better? Would prefer a bottom heavy silhouette too but can't find wide tapered black stacking pants. + Show Spoiler + ![]() for example I prefer this much more, without the random ocbd and with either tall sneakers or buttero boots, or the second one but with a different colored shirt underneath and pants that are wider in the top block. actually that fit is one of the best I've ever seen, everything is working so well - texture, colour, size - everything is just right. the ocbd wouldn't work if he was standing in some decrepit factory but he's on a driveway in a suburb, a shirt like that is perfectly appropriate. unrelated: anyone got any idea how acne thin cash fits w/r/t qlo stretch denim? thinking of getting some nicer black jeans but ace cash would be too skinny in the hip and thin is bigger in that regard if I understand correctly?

I guess you could say he has nice grayscale matching. I'm not trying to say that those aren't good fits, but his take on color isn't exactly out of this world.

I've been looking at these for a long time, Ann D hightops. But is it weird to wear these with mostly black/grey? I know white would go better with my non black stuff and probably more versatile overall. + Show Spoiler + ![]() ![]()

@zenith: well it's not a fit that's going to blow everyone's mind but I like how every detail works for unison. like the light blue shirt complementing the bucle in the cardigan, makes the top half lighter without being too stark
