I would go back to 60s and join the hippy movement. I would go to goa and live in harmony with the land and enjoy the blisses of life such as friendship, love and all kinds of art.

Assuming that timeline is a straight line and not a thing of wibbly-wobbly itzy-bitzy stuff(Dr. Who), I would travel either at the expected death of the sun(5/7 bln. years) just to witness such grandiose event. On the other hand, I will go some 500-800 years in the future to see if we have become an interplanetary civilization or are still shackled in the grip of our own ignorance!

I would either be a draftee around 1968 and enter the Vietnam war in the height of the combat operations, or be one of the last people evacuated from Saigon on April 27, 1975. Another one would be a prisoner at Auschwitz II-Birkenau (extermination camp) or Auschwitz III-Monowitz (work camp).

For some reason part of me would like to experience what any of the men in those situations experienced.
