The problem for Romney isn't his effective tax rate, but how he's achieving is effective tax rate. A lot of newspapers think he's using tax havens and other methods to do so. Hence the tax records. | ||

Fair enough, but the mere fact that the rate is pretty low is some decent prodding information if the other candidates want to go after the rest of the story in a talking point. | ||
