This is the song that got me into metal. So peaceful, but at the same time so intense. I love the outro, especially the version that doesn't fade out at the end.

Saw this in the list and had to say, while it is good it pales in comparison (in my opinion) with other songs from the game, namely Potential for Anything and Predestined Fate. Positive Force to me is exactly like its name, it is a positive force pushing you in the right direction towards your goal. Predestined Fate makes me think of an intense and epic battle. Potential for Anything is like having a magical journey through space. Sorry to post two, but each are amazing in their own way.

I only recently got into Rush, but this song is possibly one of the most beautiful I've ever heard. Don't be scared of the length, it's worth listening to at least once. It's absolutely incredible. The lyrics tell the story of a man in the year 2112 living under the united government known as the Solar Federation, a totalitarian theocracy, and what happens when the man finds a musical instrument (a guitar), a relic from long ago.

SONG: Hisingen Blues + Show Spoiler + Okay, so it's not that the album that this title track is from isn't great. It is, really. But if the entire album consisted of songs like this, it would be nothing short of the rebirth of rock and roll as we know it. It's like Led Zepplin grew a pair and woke up some time in the 2000's. Retro yet immediate. Absolutely gripping. Enjoy it.

Song: Shambhala 2010 Mix + Show Spoiler + Do you own a good subwoofer? And by that I mean a legit car audio or home theater sub, not some htib thing. If so, listen to this at loud volumes. It is one hour twenty-five minutes and forty-one seconds of awesomeness. Those with good systems will thank me in your wills for showing you this. Blasting this on my klipsch 5.3 system (yes 3 subs) is a bass massage. Ps. get high and listen, will blow your damn mind.

Reason? It's the right combination of modern rock ballad and orchestral arrangement that just feels right. It brightens my day when I'm not feeling well and has a soothing effect when I'm stressed out. Is in my top 10 songs of all time. The Lyrics are one of Axl Rose's finest. A story of a love that was lost and the recovery afterward. The combination of rock ballad picks up into one of the finest bits of guitar work of the last 20 years. Ends on an epic break down.
