Muslim Brotherhood is causing, and has caused plenty of problems without necessarily being involved in terrorist attacks. They are the driving ideological force behind terrorist organisations, and while there have been violent confrontations between the MB and the police (http://www.dailynewsegypt.com/2015/05/09/4-killed-in-violent-clashes-in-damietta/ for instance), I wouldn't label them terrorist attacks. But in any case, the current military dictatorship in Egypt is almost a direct consequence of Morsi's view of his democratic mandate as a mandate to do whatever the hell he wanted. | ||

For once, someone who knows something. The Muslim Brotherhood has been a driving force in Egypt in creating splits within the community. They scapegoated the copts which caused and still causes churches and homes to be burnt, lynch mobs, etc. Their supporters stripped a 40 year old woman naked and beat her by creating a false rumor about her son. Not to mention kidnappings, murders, and many other events. Copts have been suffering since the 1950's, and even before that. ISIS I'm pretty sure wasn't around at that time either. This is the same story for every minority group in almost every single middle eastern country. | ||

the terrorism support charges is seen as a way in Qatar. Qatar and Iran share the largest gas field in the world(South Pars / North Dome field); a monopoly there, Iran driven ... EU should get on board there. from Iran through Caucasus, Black Sea, Romania/Bulgaria an in it goes; screwing Russia, Turkey and US in the process. | ||

Not too much info yet but some people suspect they refused to buy arms from US like Saudis did and getting punished by that. Probably US wants a more puppet state than what it is right now and everyone(countries hanging around US) accusing them for getting closer to Iran. | ||
