Not sure what it's supposed to be but it looks like 2 pictures (badly) photoshopped together. One being some form of a wall/dam and the other one a simple air-perspective of a landscape. If you look at the bottom right of the picture you can see the landscape through an erased part of the wall. The shades also suggest the picture has been fiddled with, the sunlight on the landscape comes from the top-right side of the image, as the shades on the ground are pointing bottom-left. The sunlight in the wall-picture comes from the top-left, as you can see the shade from the workers helmet is pointing bottom-right. | ||
