The whole dark atmosphere in this game is creepy alone but when you throw in these even darker seemingly soulless beings that you only get a glimpse at once in a while it becomes terrifying. Look into that things eyes, or whatever those eye shaped things might be. There's no pity or compassion or apathy. It's just a black empty destroyer. (Don't spoil the game)

Just look at that thing. It's only purpose is to tear shit up. Between the jagged teeth, the razor claws, the tattered wings. This thing is a freaking veteran in the art of mauling the fuck out of anything it doesn't like.

Perhaps not the best picture but these guys jump around like Chinese acrobats. It is so agile and yet at the same time it just smashes anything it can to eat. The scary part is when you have to come face to face with these monsters. There is a variation of this that is completely black that you have to fight in a very dark environment. Imagine being in a room alone with that. It looks like a freaking ape on steroids. I tried to get one of those but o well. This game was so awesome.

Here is probably my favorite. Look at those claws. Reminds me of Voldo except less gay. You cannot see it but his eyes are sewn shut. All he can do is hear and smell, and that's all he needs. He just thrashes around until he hits what he thinks is you. He rampages across the level just swinging those claws wildly. He's a freaking storm of destruction. On occasion he just raises one arm and sprints skewering your face.

Feaking scary. A bad ass form of Regenerator, this guy shivers like a starving African child lost at the North Pole. He just sombers towards you until suddenly. BAM he fucking does a sprint-jump and latches on to you. If you get too close he spikes out with long ass nails. You can blow this guys limbs off and they just grow freaking back. Just that mouth alone earned him a spot.

He's kinda smug and all his lines are corny(resident evil, big surprise) but his arm is just so cool. He mutates his own flesh into a giant gnarly blade. He is highly trained in hand to hand combat so he knows how to use that oversized murder edge. Although I don't find him that scary I do find him quite bad ass.

I tried to find the even more ridiculous Super Salvador but pictures of him are rare. This guy is a legend. Chops people's head's off with a chainsaw. Sure Texas chainsaw, been done before but wait!! Super Salvador is an infinitely more bad ass version of this guy. See that measly one chainsaw that struggles to cut through Leon's thick neck? Super Salvador has _two_ chainsaws chained together to make a giant weapon that is certain to insure certain doom. Oh yea and it's on fire. The freaking double chainsaw is on fire. He also stands 7 feet tall and wields those chainsaws like a track baton.

Evil glowing eyes. Sleek black body. Extremely tough armor. Claws he can literally wrap around your head. A tail that looks like a long spear. He wins the bad ass contest. Oh yea he is only vulnerable when covered in liquid nitrogen. GL with that one.

Look at this guy. It's a fucking zombie dragon. Dragons are already hard as fuck to kill but one thats been already killed. I am looking for some modern fan art of this game.

Giant death spider empowered by dark magic.

Officially known as fomortiis this is the final boss to such an awesome game. He commands hordes of demons. He is like a mix between a black dragon and Satan. Such an evil grin.

I'm not really a fan of wolves or dogs but this guy gets some credit. He is a giant fury deathball.
He has been described as a "bloodthirty demon dog".
