You can rotate it around and see all the gears and stuff going in the back. Other models seem to have images back there, but I like seeing the guts of my clocks ^.^

Anyone have anything similar for cheaper? anyone own a tag heuer? good experience with it? When it comes to watches, it really all comes down to preference, and how much money you are willing to spend for "name-brand". I will tell you that Tag Heuer's are solidly built and that it is a well respected watch brand. My family has been in the watch repair business for a good 40 years now, and I've grown up around watches so, yeah. Although if you have that much money, I suggest buying something that LOOKS cooler if you are going for looks. Oh and since it's battery run, accuracy is a nonissue. I do have one suggestion, and that is going to a local jewelry store that holds the watch and wearing it. Watches all have a different weight and balance to them, so you might want to try it out before getting a watch that just feels uncomfortable on your arm. Edit: And looks awkward. If the watch is too big/too small on your arm, no matter how good it looks, it will look weird. For example, I cannot wear giant pilot watches or thick diver's watches because my wrists are really thin. Edit:2: IMO, if you are dressing to impress, this one is on the plain side. Unless you are die hard on getting Tag Heuer, get a chronograph (mulitple dials with timers and stuff).

My wrists are also somewhat thin; I was trying to find something with a blueish face and steel band like this one that has a smaller case size but couldn't really find anything under 38mm. Have any links to watches like that which are in the 800 - 1.3k price range? the ATM rating doesn't really matter for me since I already have a couple that are in the 20 - 30 ATM range. EDIT: I like simple, I think all the dials on the side (even 3) get kind of tacky, .... less dials, cool / slick looking face... good stuff

I just looked around a bit and i struggle to find a watch above 20mm height, are you sure you dont mean diameter? http://www.watchco.com/fossil-watches/ch2802.html For example is 15mm in height (not the right price range etc, but im just getting started), is that sufficient?
