I like to keep my shit simple. Yes, this is Vista. Upgrading to Windows 7 soon.
Can anyone give me the program that rotates you Wallpaper for you? I have a ton of 1M pictures I would love to rotate every 15-20 minutes.

If you're upgrading to 7, you don't need to worry :D Wallpaper rotation is a built-in feature 
If you want it right this minute, a quick google may solve the problem ><
