And does somebody know The Dark Heart Of Uukrul? It was a gme from 1990 i think. If somebody knows it I'm sure he'll agree its the toughest rpg around. | ||

guess Diablo II was the one I enjoyed most, others were FF 4 and 5 (with PC emulator) were fun as well as pokemon. Probably some others too which I can't recall now. | ||

oh yeah and i loved baldurs gate , i wish all rpgs had 6 cds that you had to swap whenever you moved around the game world | ||

great storyline too oh, i played pokemon too, a long time ago on the kid i had to babysit his gameboy, pretty funny, wouldve been better without the pokemon umm, now i want to play it again, wheres my playstation. btw, are there any other good rpgs on the playstation? | ||

I never bothered to finish the game personally, i was spoiled by Shining Force game play, where there was a zoom in to the battle. There was no going back for me. | ||

Maybe I'll buy myself a new computer... aw heck how about 5 new computers!  Favorite RPG is a toss-up among Phantasy Star IV (Genesis) FF6 (SNES) and Might and Magic: World of Xeen (PC). I've already raved about the first two, but World of Xeen was just so incredibly huge. It was cool, I bought my first CRPG, Clouds of Xeen. There were sections of the game near the end that you couldn't get to (and this game was gigantic as it was). Then a few months later my friend bought Darkside of Xeen, which was even BIGGER. When you install both of them together, you can freely travel from one side of the world to the other and special quests are also unlocked which require you to hop all around the world. There are also really fun and crazy challenges for super-skilled players so there is plenty of incentive to continue playing even after you've won (which takes probably 3 weeks if you're really moving fast). My other friend bought World of Xeen which was both games together, but in addition to the full game it also included speech for every single NPC in the game. Might and Magic: World of Xeen was probably the last really good computer RPG, and I can't recommend it highly enough. If you see it for download anywhere, and aren't afraid of DOS games, go ahead and pick it up and give it a try. You will not be disappointed =) | ||

umm Legend of Zelda 3 on the super nintendo was great as well if you play with 2 friends (i went back 2 years ago to toronto and all we had was the old ass SNES) we beat the game and it kicked ass FF7 was great as well but im not the kinda guy who plays RPG's by myself | ||

and i liked Legend of Dragoon too~ FF8 is close to my heart also. i didn't like FF7 that much its ok but fanboys that are so crazy about it make me look at the negative things about it just to be diffrent  . You fanboys kill it for everyone. | ||

Baldur's gate + the xpac Bg 1 blew monkey nuts, so did most of the ff's edit: had to add betrayal at krondor and the ultima underworld games. They're the only reason I got a computer in the 1st place | ||
