The first pic was of a vocaloid, I'll leave it up to you to look that up. Miku is just the character's name, and she happens to be probably the most commonly drawn one in terms of vocaloid fan art.

I still get downsized when alt-tabbing but I guess it's because I'm using dual monitors.
I'm looking for a way to acces the menu without downsizing the game I'm playing.

Hooooly shit what a ride. Making your own Rainmeter skin can be quite hard. Got help from a few people though :D Think one or two of them were even developers for Rainmeter...

Wow I'm really late to this thread.
I got like ten PM's from my previous desktop, but I decided to change it for July. Wallpaper was found on IFL, and I used a few rainmeter skins. All links to applications I use regularly (Notepad++, Office Suite, R, and Shoddy Battle (rofl)) are linked in my start menu. There is a link to Google Chrome on my desktop. I auto-hide the taskbar.
