Have you figured out why its equal to a day of recommended sodium intake? Its been to quite a period of time since I have eaten KFC, I dont recall the chicken being too salty but it was oily and mushy. And, even though I rarely eat Popeyes I still think its better although* their chicken pieces arent the size of my hand. | ||

Btw this item may have alot of sodium and seem incredibly unhealthly, but it isn't as bad when you compare it to most other fast food items from lets say burger king or mcdonalds. | ||

I felt the sandwich was quite small, it's the size of a McDonald's Big Mac. I gobbled it up in two minutes. I didn't think it was filling at first, but after a few minutes in my stomach it definitely filled me up. I think the grossest part of this "sandwich" is the cheese. The chicken does not absorb any of the cheese as it is melting, so you just have this glop of cheese whiz that ends up all over the place. I can't also help but reiterate it is the saltiest fast food item I have ever had. | ||
