Though I stumbled upon an awesome thing when making pancakes one time, I ran out of flour and used the next best thing I could find in my pantry, corn meal. It made an awesome cornbread pancake that tastes great with honey. | ||

There are different kinds of waffles - growing up I had thin and crispy waffles, which were fantastic, and quite different from the huge fluffy belgian waffles, which I do not like. | ||
