Also I tried googling anything about a Durham Police cocaine scandal- nothing came up.

A cop just stopped by my house and tried to sell me coke. I had to send him away because the girlscouts already unloaded 5 boxes (~12 kg) of coke on us earlier in the week.

I am from Canada, and I'd like to say that Incontrol came to my house, power lifted it, and proceeded to eat all my food. Therefore his argument is flawed.
But really though, that story has to be incorrect at least on some level. I believe that America would do something about this unless there was reasonable doubt.
