Yeah but I'm contemplating switching it out for a sebo so I can point bc's and shit if it's just station-lolling, and keeping the cap booster if I should ever use it in a HATCHERY ARMOR FLEET. I dunno. I'm bored.

DPS is pretty poor (half of a pest) but that's to be expected. I originally thought the phoon could fit 5 missile launcher/guns and 3 heavy neuts but turns out I was extremely mistaken (nowhere even near enough powergrid) so the phoon suddenly lost its big appeal.

So I'm trying to fit up something sexy but right now all it's got over my pest is the fact that it's got 2.5x the ehp, and a scram/web.

It has merely twice the HP of your pest, but 25% better damage. And because of the dual webs, scram and target painter, you get full damage (even with rage torps) against battlecruisers, and about 60% dps against cruisers. If they move outside web range though, your dps drops very sharply, same if they have an ab fitted.
