From what I can tell, in training mode, many of the charcters play almost arcade-perfect, and most will have predictable lag that doesn't really affect the game much. (It's just really annoying when you know that the arcade version was so much better.) But Petra, every time you hit the opponent with her guns, or fire them too much, the game lags. And 623A+B is literally an 8-second super, now.  Furthermore, versus mode might be bad with any two characters, because while you can predict your own lag-causing moves, you cannot predict your opponent's, and there will also be twice as much stuff going on to potentially lag the game.
