as for aba, well we only run him really if it's versus bane or if we want a really strong bottom lane like puck/aba or morph/aba. i can understand why aba isn't that great of a pick/ban all the time, but why do you say the same about clock? | ||

But yes they are for all the wrong reasons. as nitro said we only run loa vs bane, and in return really only ban him when we run bane. clock is a good all around hero and can be a bitch to play against, so he warrants a ban in some line ups. Hes a very good hero that can kill alot of lanes and give your outer lanes alot of versatility. On top of that he has good stat gain and a really strong tank once you get hood/aghs. | ||

It gets him in and out of fights, and once late game hits he can hook twice in a single fight. It can prevent alot of people from getting away and in mid game skirmishes he can go from hero in mid to kill heros at bottom/top who are running through jungle/porting really quickly. Also it gives nice stats and is cheaper than heart for a better return early on in the game. After he gets it going for heart/shivas is fine, but you really want the low cd ult for ganking nonstop on clock to let him get lots of kills. | ||

LoA the reasoning is obvious with the best pair of picks right now is PotM+Bane (like Puck+Naix before it and the Sven+Lina variants before that). But I see teams picking/banning LoA when he isn't needed or good, like CM when the line up doesn't fit, no reason to pick her. | ||
