i just tried napalm/flamebreak on bat, it rapes for harassing. it's pretty easy to hit the flamebreak when they are creeping, because you can just hit a creep and everything that gets knocked back takes damage, but only the thing you hit gets stunned, i think. flamebreak also goes through allied creeps which is always a plus. and stacking napalm is always lol.

Firefly is better if you're dual laning imo, in that case I only take 1 or 2 in napalm and max cocktail and firefly first.

If you're soloing mid I usually just max cocktail and napalm but they tend to get first blooded on lvl 4-5 because of the auto attacks (imagine if batrider's attack range wasnt 375 but 600 like most ranged heroes', that'd be the imba shit).

Also needs a huge nerf anyway. I think I was up vs rooftrellen mid and napalm + autohit did more damage than he healed with armor + a RoH. That's just fucking broken.

Can somebody explain TC's resistance passive ability? As most of the shit from Icefrog its ridiculous to understand unless you go and read the forums, which I wont bother. The fuk is physical resistance all of a sudden?

Heroes have 25% reduction to all spell damage / physical damage by default, due to he "hero" type armor they have. This isn't DotA-specific, it's how WC3 was made in the first place. TC's passive (if maxed) completely removes that, making heroes extremely vulnerable to all sorts of incoming damage.

I thought physical resistance comes only from armor, that is, it just reduces damage. Anyway, ability is obviosly imbalanced since there is no counter to it. Just HotD but that will just make like 33% spell resistance which is a bit higher than hero type default value. So in a sense HotD is a must against TC.

TC is ridiculously strong (have you seen how much damage boost you get if you plant your spirit in the midst of enemy hero blob? +200?).

Also, what is this timber axe for? I've seen people buy it, I wanted it too, just to check it out.
It says it gives some % dmg boost to creeps but I haven't really noticed that.
It can chop a tree every 20 seconds (thought it gives you tangos or something).
It sells for 0g.

WTF is it for?

The AoE on TC's passive is around 250 or 275, depending on whether you're next to the spirit or the hero, and it counteracts base armor and base spell resistance I believe, so any +armor or +spell resistance items you have, you'll still have added.
