Wow he beat a decent Sagat..I find him fucking impossible to beat with anybody..ahhh I suck at this game.
I did some research and is it true that Sagat is a god tier mf?
Sagat is not god tier, he's in the top tier along with akuma, viper, ryu, and zangief. In the USA most tournaments are getting won by Balrog and Rufus players despite this. The japanese national tournament was won by a Dhalsim.
The tier list in this game isn't very relevant as it's quite balanced. people just like to find ways to blame their losses on imbalance
Zangief apparently has a short hop in this game. Well, not really a SNK hop, but he has two distinct jump arcs where other characters do not:
Up/Forward -- normal jump like everyone else
Up~Up/Forward -- slightly shorter jump
According to UltraDavid through correspondence with Seth Killian, this shorter jump was originally a feature in the game for all characters, but it was taken out at the end of development. By some error, Zangief can still use it (maybe because he has 6 frames of prejump as opposed to 4 for most others and 3 for Dhalsim). Against characters whose best antiair options against Zangief have narrow horizontal hitboxes, this can be most useful, as demonstrated in UltraDavid's vid:

man i knew something was up with his jump. i thought i was high in this one match where i was using rufus's c.mp anti-air and then he jumped like he normally would but he ended up right in front of me and my anti-air whiffed . i proceeded to eat an ultra afterwards. i knew somethign was up with that shit
rofl daigo 5-0d justin wong for international title D;
just curious where was edma and combofiend?
pretty sure they didnt do the GS tournament or got beat in the early stages. this tournament was for the US to decide the national champion through gamestops rules. the champion of US (justin) would then play the national champions of Korea (poonjko) and japan (iyo). im assuming daigo was invited cuz hes a household name for FG players in america

The one I've heard the most about is Momochi, I don't know enough to know many others though. Lot of his videos are on youtube, just search Momochi or Momochi (GO).

Daigo won shit. They are just exhibition games. Daigo didn't even win the Japanese SF4 National tournament. He got eliminated much less get close to quarter finals which had RF, Ohnuki, Aojiru Guile, Riki, Riki, Kindevu, Dashio, Vega Curry, and Iyo. Iyo was the one that won the SF4 national for japan. Between the National winners, Justin Wong defeated BOTH the Japanese and Korean National champion winner.
These news site like kotaku are more like tabloids than a source of real honest news. *sigh*

Europeans should be interested in this? "Capcom have got together with Xbox to find 5 national champions (France, Germany, Italy, Spain and UK) and the Ultimate European Street Fighter Supreme Master."
