Lot of managers r ex-footballers and they have money to retire and live very healthy life. Also when u have shitloads of money, u can decide were u coach not just from how its paid... I mean 20mills vs 30mills, U might aswell consider the other aspects of the job... | ||

Also Jose to Inter, Rijkard to Chelsea imo. I personally think Mark Hughes would be a better coach than Rijkard at Chelsea, but meh. | ||

He's tactics were pretty similar as i see it, but he can't force players if they dont want to play good in the field. Other reason why this season sucked for barcelona may be all te injuries (Messi, Henry, Ronaldinho, Deco, etc) the players are much responsible than the manager | ||
