At the start anyway, they've moved a ton of Gen 1 pokemon around by now so this doesn't hold anymore, but for Gen 2 it might? My first Gen 2 10k egg hatch was a Skarmory, which is pretty common here, so that's lame. | ||

Also the average person doesn't have a clue how Latitude and Longitude work or where they are in relation to those coordinates. Combine with less than pinpoint accurate GPS's and the likely scenario where the line is neither straight nor on the exact parallel and you can get some overlap. I still think it's bullshit that North America's most northerly city of a million people doesn't spawn Tauros. | ||

SoCal is pretty close to the Corsela border as we know it. And we don't know it exactly so I buy that those catches are legit | ||
