Also if mr.mime/kangaskhan/tauros are all region locked, it doesn't make sense that 1 comes from a 10km egg and the 2 others from 5 km eggs.

Tried this game out for a solid 5 hours. Couldn't do it. It was so boring. There wasn't anything cool in it that made the other Pokemon games. You can't battle other people and the battles are just a click fest, no calling out abilities etc.. Not sure why it's so popular but it isn't for me. Just too simplistic and wasn't too fun.

This is maybe the only game I've played where it becomes actively harder to earn the same amount of XP as you level up without even factoring in the giant increase in XP needed to level up.

You never get any more XP for your actions, but trying to catch assorted trash pokemon just becomes increasingly more difficult so your XP/time rate just plummets as you level up.

It's kind of ridiculous that catching a 10CP Pidgey is the same XP as a 600CP Pidgey, but the latter one will take 3-6 balls and has a reasonably high chance of just running away after breaking free from one of them.

true, but evees are the rats of california apparently. all over the place, at least in the Bay Area. my city just turned into an onyx nest apparently. never seen one before, and now they are spawning four at a time down the street. just waiting for lunch. =D

edity: hitmonlee and hitmonchan just spawned as well..... barely have seen machops before.

charizard spawned down the street from my office while i was at the downtown park hutning onyx (which are now spawning four at a time). jumped in car and hurried back, but missed it. =( respawned 15 minutes later. ran down street to get it. about a dozen other people frm my office building were also running down the street. lol.

got my charizard with a whopping 242 CP!

My area in California is full of ground types and some fire types. Seems like arid regions are the worst places to live in right now because a lot of the good pokemons are water types.

hell yeah its weak. ;-) im level 23 too, which makes it even more hillarious. however, it is all about completing the pokedex.

last night i caugth a pidgeot at CP 22 so i guess i cant complain (too much)
