Olofmeister may be the best player in the world, and they're handling his dominant presence very well. karrigaN and device are shutting down JW, and everyone is really pulling together.

I like your second idea. The team coming from the upper bracket definitely deserves an advantage, but I hate the idea of a gimped finals series. Something as powerful as homefield advantage could be map pick/veto advantage and such. The team from upper bracket gets to double or triple pick, or something. Rewards them for coming from upper bracket, but we still get a full Grand Finals.
