If Red was warped to Elite Four after beating Giovanni he would be fine just challenging them over and over again to level up Zapdos and Bird Jesus eventually winning (as long as they don't use the PC there). The reason they want to level up is to avoid blacking out in Victory Road too much because of the ledge and Victory Road puzzles make coming back really difficult. | ||
