LOL, get fucked democracy

Anarchy wins again ahahah

edit: Actually I kinda like the struggle between anarchy and democracy, I just wish it would swap from one to the other more easily to have shorter alterning periods of each.

my theory is democracy is working cause the majority is voting for anarchy then anarchy wins everyone that was voting anarchy will try to piss off democracy guys and while thats happening every other guy is voting democracy by the time we get democracy we will be back in the maze again and the Democracy - Anarchy loop starts all over

I just hope they kill the democracy thing once we get the key. The rest of the run would be so boring if they just activated democracy every time there was something vaguely tricky. Most of the fun of this has been the risks of using the computer, taking ages to cut a tree, things like that. If they can suddenly cut a tree instantly/easily use the computer at will then most of the entertainment value of the stream is gone and it's just a really really slow lets play of pokemon blue.

Nah, we can keep democracy around to prevent disasters like PC release and tree/ledge block from ever occurring again. Might as well since we compromised.

Yea I hope they disable it after we get through the HQ.
But honestly, I am glad they implemented it for it. Being stuck at the same place for days is no fun.

It would be better if it just checked the vote count every 20 votes and reset to keep it from being so slow.

Agreed. I hope they remove the Democracy thing and only add it back if some kind of puzzle comes along again that gets everything stuck for 24 hours or something.

Anarchy is way more entertaining but when you're stuck somewhere for a full day is boring.

Having the Anarchy - Democracy vote makes progress slower than having no vote.

No, clearly the point of the stream is to WIN at all costs. It would have been perfect if this system was available at start of the stream, would have attracted better reception with those frustrating roadblocks out of the way.

I love this post. I was thinking the exact same thing watching the twitch chat. It is a fun and hilarious study of the thin line between democracy and anarchy.

Sarcasm aside, I wonder if this is what streamer intended all along.

All these arguments for democracy could have been made before the 18th hour of the ledge as well and they would have been equally wrong.

If democracy was available from the start, i guarantee you this stream would never have gone above 10k viewers, if even that. The reason it's getting so many people is the fact that,
A, it's hilarious to watch people running around like headless chickens
B, the fact that they managed to get through the ledge despite that, and kept going at it for >10 hours straight, is amazing.
Democracy removes both of these things, and it just becomes a "lets play pokemon blue" with a bit of derpiness inbetween the hard bits.

I'd like to see two twitch streams fight each other anarchy style in a pokebattle.

Except we don't have ~93k people talking at the same place at the same time.

A bit fun that we have two religions and two parties now but the election should be rigged way in favor of anarchy. It should only be democracy in very rare occasions, if at all, imo.
