Safari step count wasn't because of the rom, he just had to add a gameshark code or something, but he wanted to let people try first (Democracy made it irrelevant anyway). But yeah, it was just a normal Red rom with a fake start screen. | ||

It's a romhack that makes all pokemon available to catch. We've already confirmed that it's not vanilla Crystal, thanks to the Chikorita Pokedex entry showing that Chikorita is catchable north of Olivine City. | ||
