You can see Fisher exaggerating the impact force by pushing off with his feet as he's falling. edit: The fall isn't one complete smooth motion. BTW not trying to start shit here but is it just me or does anyone else find most of the players on OKC unlikable? Perkins, Fisher, Ibaka, Westbrook, Sefolosha, Westbrook, etc. I love Kevin Durant though. Kevin Durant makes up for everything! And don't diss Thabo ![]()

+ Show Spoiler + It was a perfectly normal routine. However, Derek Fisher propelled himself a little too far and Martin raised his left leg too high in addition to looking at the ground before he landed. 8/10

Boston is too old and injured and you could already see them looking very gassed in the 4th quarter. They literally only played 7 players. They are only in this because the Knicks are the mentally weakest/immature team we've seen in ages. The OKC thing is the most interesting IMO. For me it shows 2 things that I wasn't expecting: - Westbrook is more than key to this teams success. A lot of people argued the team would be better without his ball-hogging, but we were so wrong. HIs penetration was key and he spread defenders/attention on the floor. - KD is no Lebron. Only 3 games but KD is already frustrated and falling apart (see the 4th quarter? lol). Lebron took a much much much worse team to the finals pretty much single handedly. KD is struggling with the EIGHT seed.

I think OKC will end up winning this series, but I'm pretty worried about their chances in the second round. The biggest adjustment Scott Brooks has demonstrated in the playoffs so far has been to hack Asik -- not a good sign. OKC's offense actually looked alright in spurts, it's just that they were missing a lot of wide open shots (and missing very badly). Their defense looked the worse I think I've ever seen it, though.

NY looks like they are too immature to provide even a decent challenge to Miami. Curry will possibly shoot GSW into the second round only for his right ankle to completely fall apart. Denver has their own injury problems and doesn't look like they are built to win playoff games. Clippers have no offensive system and have problems without Blake's athleticism. Ditto for OKC without Westbrook. I guess there's still Memphis.

Agree with you except for LAC it's all about CP3, not Griffin. Look at what happened when he was out earlier this season. MEM is this dark horse I think, but if they face MIA their lack of spacing will hurt them. The Heat defense is too good for them to sacrifice spacing like they have been.

No it wasn't scott brooks, it was KD who made the call to foul Asik, Scott Brooks had no say in that.

MEM-MIA finals is what I hope for now. SAS-MEM would be tough too.

Yeah I mean I can see why people like his game -- he has some great dunks and sick jumpers, I just think he kind of lacks personality on the court. Amazing player, just not anywhere near a favorite of mine. Now Steph Curry...

I don't hate him, I just don't see why everyone loves him. It's the hipster/reactionary thing to do. I remember when everyone was ranting and raving about LBJ taking his talents to South Beach, the media made a concerted effort (especially guys like Simmons) to highlight KD "quietly signing a contract extension with only a small press conference." A large majority of people enjoy the evil villain/good guy dichotomy, so when someone's the bad guy, many people try to look hard for the other good guy to counterbalance. Granted, Durant has tons of game, but if LBJ was still in Cleveland, I'd imagine that there would be fewer KD fanboys. On May 02 2013 23:11 On_Slaught wrote: - KD is no Lebron. I think had Westbrook gone down earlier and gave KD time to adjust, he would be playing better. Back in the Cleveland days, it didn't matter if anyone got injured for LBJ, since it was a one-man show anyways.
