They should invite them to play as one week NPCs :o

That would also solve the necessity to wait like 3+ weeks to heal up this one time. Just have Catz come on as a traveling cleric. You could even have some of them play enemy NPCs and roll for them.

Maybe if it works really well and there is good chemistry, some of them can be regulars (though I think 4 people is pretty perfect).

Damn, I haven't watched that yet. I was just rolling with the wishful thinking, since they passed the idea around a few weeks back.

All of the online shows that do live versions on stage in front of people end up being extremely boring with little to no content actually being discussed. I did see that and their non live session are just better. You get a lot of cheap jokes to please to crowd with the live setting.
It is probably very enjoyable for people at the event but not so for those who watch the vods.
Just like the last live Sotg or Lo3.

You get an abundance of those jokes from RP, even with it not having a in person audience. They could reduce their normal length of four hours and do 90 minutes in a hotel room with their friends. I don't think most watch RP for the super serious role play but for the recognized faces and the jokes.

However I fully understand them just wanting to relax with friends. JP is a rockstar.

Also for those that miss there DnD fix Missclicks starts tomorrow at 8:00 EDT on Livinpink's stream. For those that don't know Missclicks is a pirate themed group consisting of Livinpink, Miss Harvey, Anna Prosser, and JforJade DM'd by Neal. It takes place in the same world as RolePlay.

For those that didn't see JP tweeted that Rollplay is currently scheduled for its normal time, 8:00 EDT, this Sunday the 7th.
