when you dont have enough crop to even get the crop upgrade, i'm getting like 4 an hour and i need like 10 more JUST to upgrade crop. | ||

 And Ghin, the guy with teh settlers may send them away to a safe spot, so check the inactive villages for settlers. | ||

currently my plan is to tech to my TTs and just mass those and start raiding once i have those, is that a smart plan or should i be raiding with 20 phanlax in the meantime(everyone around me is of same population) | ||

Anyone smaller than 30 pop probably has no troops. Anyone less than 20 definitely has not troops. You don't need any defensive troops at home at this stage. I'm always using my phalanx to raid. They clear out the near-by farms, and the TT go after the ones further away. No one is going to attack you, so you don't need to worry about not having defense in the time you phalanx are out raiding. If for some odd reason someone your size does attack you (probably teutan), and your phalanx are out, you probably lost less resources compared to the additional cost of the phalanx you would have lost if they where at home. If you haven't yet, get an embassy up, join the alliance, request bigger members to scout potential targets out for you if you don't have your own scouts. Or even post a scout target request here, I'm sure someone will send a scout out for you. | ||
