If you've ever played Amnesia, this game is ten times worse.
The goal: collect eight pages of a journal hidden around the map
The catch: Slender Man is hunting you in the middle of the woods at night, and every few seconds teleports to a location on the map. The more pages you have, the closer and closer he gets. If he sees you, you have to run.
A quick tip to make the game much better; turn the graphics all the way up. The "You died" screen is stupidly lame on lower settings, but its quite good on the highest settings. On low settings, its so poorly rendered it isn't scary at all, but its excellent on max. Haven't tested the middle settings.
It should run fine still on anything more powerful than a graphing calculator, since there isn't a whole lot going on.
I got 7/8 pages and I slowly turned around, nothing was there, so I turned back around to go look for the last page and BAM! He was right fucking there in my face, I had the volume up high so that loud "DUN!" with him being there scared the living shit out of me and nearly fell out of my chair.

Though I hate sounding like a fanboy, I have a feeling that the guy playing Slender in this video helped to popularize it to an extent. He did just recently get 1 million subscribers on YouTube, and he plays all kinds of scary games, and I must say Slender is the worst one on his list. It's the only game I've watched him play that made me actually scream out loud...

Pewdiepie popularizes ANY scary game he plays. So its not surprising.
I'd say it's a really cool take, I wouldn't expect a slenderman game to be scary but it looks like it definitely could be. That said, the picture in the OP is ridiculous and doesn't bring forth the scaryness of slenderman at all, same with the game when you see his face up close. The whole point of slenderman is that you only see him in the distance or in the dark, so his face is vague. Yeah, he doesn't have a face, but that's not really scary when you see it clearly upclose, it's scary when you see him from a distance and can't make out any expression.
Hooooly shit, there's actually a game on slenderman?! I'm on a crap comp so I can't play this sigh T_T

Seriously though, I actually remember the deal about slenderman. Came across it one day randomly going around, maybe it was on creepypasta or something but haha! Wowow.
