I think that game is fun but my mindset is fucked up because I played too much WoW.
In ever MMO I've played, I usually picked the Archer type class. Sometimes I pick the Wizard class instead. I've always found strength-type classes boring. Now I'm maining a Warrior in GW2 XD
My friend who usually swears by Agility-type classes such as Archers or Assassin type classes, now uses a Guardian in GW2. This game really does funny stuff to people XD
It's good to have experience from WoW or other MMOs, but this game really requires a new mindset and approach from the conventional MMO.
Edit: Both my friend and I planned to play Human Rangers with Necro (for me) and Thief (for him) alts. We now play Charr Warrior and Norn Guardian respectively XD

Hey im gonna go and buy two copies of the game tomorrow !
Im gonna buy one for my friend ... can u just change the language of the client like you can with Blizzard games ? Cuz he needs the english version , as long as it a EU key it should work right?
And there is also no diffrence between boxed and digital copy i guess?!

hey i bought the german boxed version aswell, you can change the language to english, french or spanish after installing.

Hey guys, I made my char without knowing there were a server with all the TL guys on! I'm currently "stuck" in Piken Square, and while I know i can change world, my friend already changed his from another to Piken Square. Can you change multiple times or is it a 1 time thing? I'm Timber.7125 btw.

When I watch the history of the Guild Bank I can only see my name. all the other names are coded or what ever.
Is it only me?
Anyway, I put some stuff I don't need in there for you all to enjoy. I'm guessing this is how we operate this thing.

Question, you can join more than one guild, if you do how would guild chat work?
Would your text only be visible by the guild your representing or is there some other systems in place?

You can Join more then one guild buy you can only represent one at a time.
When you load you guild window you can choose a guild and have two options:
Leave Guild - Will delete you from the roster. - You probably don't want that (:
Represent - Will make this guild "Active". You can chat with the guild, earn Influence for the guild, use the bank, Carry the guild's name and logo etc...
After you click "Represent" and want to switch guilds you have the option:
Stand Down - You will then no be affiliated with the guild and can choose the other guild to "Represent".
TLDR - You can only chat with the guild you are representing.

I'm not sure about that, but I wouldn't recommend it, at least not for the moment. With the amount of stories of people getting their accounts stolen, I'd rather put up with the inconvenience for now.
I realise that wasn't a helpful post, so sorry about that, I just wanted to make sure that you were aware that this is going on at the moment.

Earl.9580 here, will probably not play super actively or hardcore or anything but would love to join a Teamliquid guild so I have a nice guild to hang out in if that is possible, current level 35~ Asura Thief.
