Merc looks crap in race. Lotus still underperforming. Alonso proving his class. Stellar drive from Perez, a pity he made this error but still. Great race overall | ||

So if you look at the laptimes then it does mean that. Overall, the fastest guy in this race was Alonso, but Perez wasn't far behind. Without that mistake near the end he would have been fighting for the win. | ||

Alonso was faster for about half the laps on inters after the restart, after that Perez was. He lost time with the delayed pitstops and his mistake, they are the only reason he lost. | ||

I understand that there was a time when there were too much water on the track, But to wait until its intermediate ? ffs they supposed to be the BEST drivers in the world . | ||

Speaking of Vettel, he was livid because of the incident with Karthikeyan; even going as far as calling him an "idiot". Having watched the incident that seems a little harsh. | ||
