I think the awp is similar to Marth/Shiek in ssbm if you've ever played that. Super easy to get insane scores at low levels, but gets harder as you play better players, and needs a large push to get passed a certain point. So the AWP is Protoss.

p90 is worse than protoss.
Imagine the guy attack your third with 2 medivac (one full and one empty).
It would be like you click your MSC, photon overcharge, then accidently click your main nexus.
But then, photon overcharge would launch anyway on third base and would automaticly target the full medivac. Then the exploding medivac would run into the other and both would explose.
P90 is like final destination. And it always kills.

Maybe we should have 2 captains pick a team with 2 alternates and then try to schedule a game, or pick a day for tl.net csgo night. I had lots of fun playing with the badges and eagles of tl last night. Then had a dream I was playing on a pro match and owning face lol.

Because I like the silenced USP so much, I've been trying to learn the M4A1, but for some reason I don't "feel" the accuracy advantage and only feel the drawback. I'm not anywhere near what one might call "good" at this game, so could someone of higher authority tell me if/when the silenced M4 is worth using over the regular and why? I see pros use a mix, but unfortunately that's not very enlightening in itself. On the same note, maybe someone could also convince me that the silenced USP is not straight-up better than regular.

(I'm not the best person here or anything but this is my understanding and things)
M4A1 vs M4A4 is play style based, at least I believe it to be. If you tend to play further back or are amazing at HSs without excessive spraying the M4A1 could fit that better, also if you play spots that you don't want them to know you're there.
M4A4 is gonna show were you are so, this is better for people that play spots that can spray down people rushing or will be seen early on, or engaged early on.
Better people can tell me i'm wrong or elaborate further.. it kinda comes down to preference.
Also, <3 P2000.. I believe its accuracy is better than the usp-s based on this spreadsheet, I also just really like using it after being a USP-S user for a while..

I'm still relatively new to this game, but I'm using the M4A1-S because it fits my play-style better and because I like it more overall. That being said, it's not like I don't pick up M4A4's if I see them on the ground.

Both m4s suck, the answer is clearly to kill a terrorist and take his AK. I like the m4a4 more though because when 5 dudes rush out b you can kill more of them.

Makes me think of that dignitas guy getting the quad-spraydown vs Titan yesterday on inferno b-site and missing the 5th due to having a famas with only 25 shots LOL.

I figured you would link that video, tofu. I'm so torn. I know the M4A1 is better for my playstyle, I just suck hard with it for some reason. I hate broadcasting where I am every time I fire the M4A4, practically makes me cringe. I don't know why the A1 feels so different. Just need to get used to it, probably.
Obviously if I pick up an AK, I will abandon either because AK-4lyfe.

I like the A4 because it gives me way more options (wall bangs in particular). With the A1 I have to devote more attention to deciding if I should shoot or not, and misses are more critical.

yeah the ammo limit in both the magazine and overall ammo really are a handicap, it's a shame because I like spraying with the a1 way more

I had an M4 crisis myself this last week. I kept debating to myself which one to use. Ultimately I stuck with the M4A4 because it fits my play style and I put practice into it to be better with.
So go DM or something and just use the M4A1 a ton if that's what you want to use.

interesting that you can't hit people with the m4a1. it feels incredibly precise to me. i have so much trouble controlling the m4a4 though. your problem might just be a confidence thing? nothing DM can't fix. i think it's very helpful to DM without reloading much for the m4a1 so you get a feel of what a single magazine is capable of if you are efficient with your shots.
being practiced with a gun that fits your playstyle is really great. a 20 bullet clip is still very lethal once you're used to it. the entire seconds of time the m4a1 can buy you in critical situations is just amazing

I don't know if its just me or not, but a lot of it comes down to it mentally. I find that with the noise of the A4 I feel like there is more recoil and my sprays are all over the place, with the A1 it just sounds more precise. I know that's not the greatest logic out there but I'm definitely more of an accurate shooter than a sprayer. But that's just my 2 cents.

M4A1 definetely doesnt spray as far, If its 1v1 you can always aim at their chest spray and take their ak.

CS:GO viewership has really exploded with the help of Dreamhack Winter and EMS One Katowice. Fragbite Masters finals had 60k viewers across all streams, and that was just an online tournament for like 10k euros. Really happy about it. 6 monts ago that would have been completely unheard of for a major LAN, let alone a small online tournament.
