crosshair placement will eliminate half the need to "aim" , work on getting that consistent crosshair placement you will see yourself improve.

Ive played on 3 accounts(1 is friends acc, solo acc and nova/silver RL friends matchmaking acc) and always end up MGE....ive stagnated here for a 200~300 hrs, not sure how to improve beyond this barrier....so annoying..

Yeah I know that much, it's just my consistency. Currently I'm alternating between top fragging hard, and bottom fragging hard every other game. I don't really understand what it is. Doesn't seem to be the map either. Maybe I just need more practice.

Edit: Like I'll go 30 - 7 or something crazy, then play a rematch and end up 6 - 27. Is this normal for lower level players.

Oh, maybe that's it. I focus super hard, do well. Then the game after I'm unfocused, and feed. Then I recover enough to focus really hard again. I don't know. hahaha It's pretty frustrating though

Yeah try not queuing right after each game maybe, maybe play a few dm rounds to relax. If you focus so hard you can definitely get worn out pretty quick.

Or if you are stacking with friends, talk to each other between matches. What did you do right, what did you do wrong, what can be done differently and so on. Even if it's just you arguing about what maps you should search for, some break between matches are healthy.

It's hard to remain "consistent" when you're just doing MM. You're constantly playing with different people, on different maps, with a bunch of other factors constantly hitting you in the face (ping, etc).
If you do get really good at being "great" at MM, then you develop some pretty terrible solo-queue habits which will do nothing for you in the long run if you ever intend to dig into the team-based competition in this game (leagues or otherwise).

So... don't worry about MM too much, play your best and try to enjoy yourself. This game will always find a way to piss you off. I guarantee it.

Is the matchmaking system supposed to give you such big variance in opposing teams? I'm quite new to the game and have faced teams ranging from silver elite to gold nova 4, whereas I and my teammates are mostly unranked. Most of the games seem pretty onesided aside from one tie where we lost one player towards the end and the bot rushed all the remaining rounds.

well when you consider ping, sobriety, mental state, fluctuations based on the fact its a team game and its randoms, I think I get matched very close to 50%. Plus trying to have a short queue time.
