Any tips for pistol rounds? I feel like I'm getting much much better at the game since I started playing it hardcore 2 weeks ago but my only issue right now is pistol rounds. I just cannot get kills with them, I slow my firing aim carefully and just get nothing.

I play deathmatch servers with pistols only. As CT i'll buy a p250 first round too because I am much better at headshots with it.

Damn so I was stuck at silver 4 for like the past 3-4 weeks (that's when I started playing) and then this week ranked to silver elite, silver elite master and now nova w00t :D

Anyways i don't meet so much smurfs but ppl carrying other ppl in parties.
Last night i played a game with 2 Distinguished Master Guardians ( eagles :D ) and 1 guy who just started playing and they were in party. Won that match 16-4 :D and i got promoted back to Master Guardian 1.

Are pistols anywhere similar to other guns where if you miss the first shot you aim lower and lower each shot or should I always be aiming for the head.

you go lower but not nearly as low as automatic weapons. Just aim for the chest if you have to spam fire

The game info. in friends list is really nice. It shows ingame as well as if you go to "View Game Info." in your friends list. Granted, it would look better ingame if they shortened some of the information so it wouldn't need to scroll. I think it would be sufficient to abbreviate, "Comp. Inferno [10 : 10]" instead of writing out Competitive and Casual and everything else in full. Alternatively or additionally, they could remove the map information entirely since it isn't necessary.

I never really understood the need for it. I mean I can understand why Pro's would do it, but otherwise I don't understand it or how it's fun to shit on lower level players, so boring xD.

I don't use them for shitting on lower ranks. I use them for when I want to avoid everyone on my friends list, or when I'm playing really poorly or with low rank friends. But mostly for drop farming.

There are two main reasons that people have smurf accounts: items and winning. First, your number of item drops is hard-capped in a certain time span per account. (Never seen any conclusive evidence and I don't have a smurf but I think it is accurate) Getting more item drops is therefore one incentive for having multiple accounts. This was particularly tempting when the game was on sale at a price similar to the value of one case. Second, people like getting kills and winning. If you can play against people worse than you, you do better and feel good. I think it is fair to say that those two reasons is why most players bought subsequent accounts.

Those reasons don't appeal to everyone. You don't have to buy a smurf account. Further, you can't stop other people from buying them. What you can and should do is realize that they exist and will be in some of your games.
